2. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

• Withdrawal Period: You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the ordered items.

• Return Procedure & Address: Upon receiving your request, our support team will provide formal instructions and the designated return routing address for your dispatch. Products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal notice.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and components intact. Unless the delivered item is verified as defective or damaged, the direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT GOODS

We strive to ensure all items are dispatched in faultless condition. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, you are entitled to an immediate resolution.

• Reporting Procedure: If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer support at drying@levelmeshtray.com within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order details along with photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue.
• No Physical Return Required: Upon review and verification of the provided evidence by our support team, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a free replacement parcel. You will not be required to return the damaged item physically.

4. LOGISTICS, TRANSIT DELAYS AND INVESTIGATIONS

To maintain reliable fulfillment throughout Europe, we partner with reputable courier networks (utilising priority channels provided by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS).

• Transit Investigations: Standard delivery timeframes are provided at checkout as estimates. If a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, levelmeshtray will immediately open a formal trace investigation with the carrier.
• Resolution: Following the conclusion of the carrier’s investigation, if the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, misplaced, or subject to unreasonable delay, we will, based on the circumstances and your preference:
  1. Issue a full refund of the order total to your original payment method; or
  2. Dispatch a replacement shipment via priority carrier.
