Please note that order processing operates strictly on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

We serve customers across Europe through established logistics partnerships, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority.

The estimated transit timeframe for European deliveries is 4 to 10 business days following dispatch.

Transit periods are estimates based on standard courier operations and may occasionally be subject to minor logistical variations.

Depending on the outcome of this investigation, we will resolve the matter by issuing a full refund or arranging a replacement shipment based on the specific circumstances of the delay.
